Privacy Policy

At MyCustos, we believe privacy is a fundamental right. We've built our platform from the ground up to respect your data and keep your operations secure.

1. Zero Logging Architecture

Our infrastructure is designed to automatically discard non-essential data. We maintain a strict zero-logging policy across all our systems and services:

  • No Connection Logs: We do not log incoming IP addresses, connection timestamps, session durations, or bandwidth usage.
  • No Activity Tracking: Your actions within the workspace are completely ephemeral. We do not monitor, record, or analyze how you interact with our platform.
  • No Telemetry or Analytics: We do not embed hidden third-party trackers, telemetry agents, or behavioral analytics software. Your workspace remains entirely isolated.

2. Minimal Data Retention

We operate on a strict principle of data minimization, avoiding unnecessary aggregation. The absolute minimum dataset required for the application's core functionality is the only data we record. This includes:

  • Authentication Credentials: Essential account identifiers and cryptographic hashes required exclusively for system access control.
  • Workspace Configurations: Your custom settings and environmental states necessary to operate your orchestration platform seamlessly upon login.
  • Operational Data Inputs: Information explicitly and directly inputted by you for your specific task routing. This data is self-contained and controlled entirely by you.

3. Protocol Security & Data Ownership

Your data is your exclusive property. Our architecture establishes an absolute perimeter between our core infrastructure and your confidential operations. All data transmitted to and from your workspace is secured via industry-standard encryption protocols. We do not possess the ability, nor the physical infrastructure, to read, monetize, sell, or rent your operational data to any outside parties under any condition.

4. Law Enforcement Operations

Under no circumstances do we cooperate with domestic or international law enforcement agencies, third-party investigative entities, or private security firms. We categorically reject all data requests, subpoenas, and warrants. Because our platform is fundamentally built upon a verified zero-logging policy—and because we refuse to retain user-identifiable information—we possess no meaningful records to disclose, regardless of legal or institutional pressure.
