By accessing and using MyCustos, you agree to abide by the rules. We keep it simple: use the platform as intended, and respect the infrastructure.

Zero Tolerance for Exploits

Any attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, DDoS, or maliciously manipulate MyCustos infrastructure will result in an immediate, unappealable permanent ban. We heavily monitor our network perimeters. Malicious actors will face aggressive retaliation measures and permanent blacklisting across our entire network ecosystem.

Privacy & Data

We don't log your IP. We don't track your location. We store only the absolute minimum data necessary for your workspace to function (like your account settings and operational inputs). For a complete breakdown of our zero-logging architecture, read our full Privacy Policy.

Law Enforcement Requests

We do not cooperate with law enforcement agencies or third-party investigative entities. We do not respond to data requests, subpoenas, or warrants. Because we operate with a strict zero-logging policy and retain no personal identifiable data, we possess no meaningful information to disclose.

Account & Access

Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access to any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Uptime & Reliability: While we strive for 100% uptime, MyCustos is provided "as is" and we are not liable for operational losses due to downtime.

Acceptable Use

MyCustos is a workspace orchestration platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes in accordance with your local jurisdictions. We do not police user data, but any infrastructure abuse will not be tolerated.
